The ammount of jokers out there in between recruiters & clients is insane. I’ve been supervising for three years and have had a crane team once out of at least 50 jobs (mostly contract lifting). Everyone knows the rules and due to saving wages Slingers are like ghosts. My last slinger was a Forman who broke his thumb on a lift and didn’t say a word. Didn’t matter how many times I spoke up to the AP, Crane Hire Firm, Site team and Agency about it nothing was done because somehow not paying for professionals is the way things are done. What a joke
