As a Hoist & Common Tower Installer, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation, installation, maintenance, and dismantle tasks associated with hoists, common towers, and stairs. Key Responsibilities: Undertake all aspects of hoist, common tower, and stair-related works. Work safely at heights, strictly adhering to health and safety regulations. Execute installations and dismantles within specified method statements. Complete paperwork accurately and submit to the office/Contracts Manager as required. Keep a detailed log of installations and dismantles for future qualifications. Maintain professional interactions with colleagues and customers. Ensure the care of all products and premises onsite. Travel to customer sites throughout the London Area. Job requirements Qualifications and Skills Essential: Experience in the construction hoist industry Valid CSCS card Working from Heights trained Harness trained Clean driver's license Desirable: NVQ Level 2 in Hoist Installation Ability to read and understand drawings Mechanical and electrical knowledge Position Details: Permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday) with optional overtime available.

Permanent Fulltime Position 39 Hours (Mon-Fri) + Overtime available Responsibilities: Conduct breakdown repairs, routine maintenance, and testing of electrical components on temporary construction hoists. Repair, rewire, and construct 3-phase control panels according to manufacturers' specifications. Test 3-phase motors and control gear, recording insulation and resistance readings. Rewire hoist cages, motor packs, control switches, sensors, etc. Perform PAT testing of workshop and office equipment. Maintain and repair workshop supplies and electrical equipment. Program parameters into logic control systems and 3-phase inverters. Job requirements Requirements: Previous experience in industrial electrics. NVQ Level 3 certification in electrical installations and maintenance (desirable). Mechanical/electrical knowledge (advantageous). Efficiency in working within tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Positive and friendly approach to duties. Ability to work collaboratively in a team to enhance service to customers.
